She draws on a diverse background having worked in large and small private practices, community dental clinics, and school based programs, to bring a comprehensive perspective to every office she serves.

Marija has completed advanced training with Perio Management Consultants, Molis Coaching, Scheduling Institute, and Smile America Partners.

Her focus is on helping practices create systems that are effective, reproducible, and measurable, resulting in improved patient care, stronger preventive protocols, and increased productivity.

Passionate about advancing oral health and supporting dental professionals, Marija combines evidence based strategies with practical, real world solutions, ensuring dental teams can deliver a consistently high standard of care and achieve long term success.

Marija is a member of the American Academy of Dental Hygiene (AADH), Academy of General Dentistry and is an active team member of Smile America Partners, national organization, that provides school based mobile and portable dental care services to underserved children in Western North Carolina.
